No, it is fine to meet by phone, if that is your preference.

• At this time I only meet with clients remotely by phone or video.
• If you prefer to meet by video, it will take place through my HIPAA secure Zoom online tele-health platform..
• My Zoom video platform is HIPAA compliant and is a great way to have our remote sessions.

• Headway provides a client link where you will be able to check your calendar, schedule an appointment, join our tele-health meeting, pay your bill and get a copy of your invoice

You can pay by debit or credit card through the secure Headway platform.

• We will discuss payment options in our initial free consultation to make sure it works for you.
• I am in-network with several insurance providers on Headway.
• Once we set up your first session, Headway will verify your insurance and co-pay.
• Headway will collect a credit card number for insurance co-pay or for private pay as preferred.
