Free Initial Consultation

To get to know each other and see if we are a good match for working together, I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation.

You can use the link below to see the open times on my calendar and choose one for your initial free consultation.

If you decide you are ready to start therapy, I will set up a secure client portal for you and explain details before our first session.

Sessions are booked at 60-minutes

Music psychotherapy sessions
are booked at 2 hours

1-hour session = $130

Selected insurance accepted

If you need to cancel or reschedule
a session I need 24 hrs notice.

Schedule

I am currently offering all sessions remotely from my home office through a secure online video platform.

If you are more comfortable meeting by phone we can connect via my secure business phone line.

We can make arrangements for you to have email and/or text support between sessions as needed.
